Bridgman are pleased to announce that the pre-hung doorset, doors, screens and frames are now available in any RAL colour. The fully painted doorset option allows the end user to colour co-ordinate with other interiors elements . Bolection glazing bead, screens, frames, fanlights can also be fully painted to provide vivid colour schemes.

The BIBC flax core door, with the added benefit that is classed as a severe duty construction, achieved 30db on the 44mm core and 31db on the 54mm core (without a vision panel). Better results as expected, were achieved when a vision panel were tested.

As part of the requirements of the BM Trada Q Mark scheme and the global assessment fire certification reference: FEA/F00102 Rev E, Bridgman next month will be carrying out a FD60 fire test with Bridgman flax core doors which has the added benefit of built in stiles and rails. The last test achieved 62 minutes. The results will be published shortly.
