Mick Butler – Executive Director

Mick joined Bridgman IBC back in 2001 and three years later became a joint owner of the business with colleagues Peter Bowes and Tony Phillips.

He has vast experience following a long career in the door manufacturing industry that has seen him work for several companies in the trade.

A qualified engineer, Mick has also worked across the world in this field too.

His role at the company includes the management of the business, surveys, problem solving and cash collection.

Mick is a keen sailor and a member of Whitby Yacht Club. His other passions away from the business include cycling, walking, caravanning, gardening and enjoying time with his family.

Tony Phillips – Executive Director

Tony’s association with Bridgman IBC stretches back over 50 years having joined the company as a young man in 1969. He has occupied many roles in that time and is now a joint owner of the business alongside colleagues Mick Butler and Peter Bowes.

His day to day responsibilities include the management of the business, logistics and accounts.

A passionate sportsman, Tony is a long standing member of Seaton Carew Golf Club and can be found on the course two or three times a week.

Peter Bowes – Executive Director

Peter’s career with Bridgman IBC began in 1983. He moved up through the production ranks before buying the business in 2004 and becoming a joint owner with Mick Butler and Tony Phillips.

His responsibilities include general management of the company, operations and human resources.

He also has experience in other fields such as engineering and law.

Peter currently serves as a Presiding Justice (JP), Deputy Lord-Lieutenant and an adult education board member. He is a member of a number of economic, regeneration and tourism forums, and an executive member of the Longhill Business Association.

He lists charity work, civic duty, gardening and spending time with his family among his favourite pastimes.

Stewart Hind – Commercial Director

Stewart joined Bridgman IBC for a second time in 2009 having previously worked for the company for 5 years during his first period of employment.

His role includes procurement, supply chain management, sales and IT management.

Away from the company Stewart is a trustee of Hartlepool Rugby Club and Chairman of their Mini & Junior section. He can also be found taking great pride in his allotment and tending to it with his family.

Sonny Singh – Sales Director

Sonny joined Bridgman IBC in 2014 as an Estimator having graduated from Teesside University with a Business degree.

Over the last decade Sonny has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge for the industry. He continues to demonstrate a real passion for the growth of the company and his own personal development. As Sales Director he is responsible for production planning, supply chain management and contract management.

Sonny is also a professional musician who plays the Dhol, a traditional Indian drum, at South Asian weddings and a range of other events. He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Tony Harrison – Production Director

Tony is another long serving member of the team having been with the company since 1988.

He initially trained as an electrical apprentice before working his way through the production ranks.

Tony manages the production and maintenance operation at Bridgman IBC.

Another ardent sportsman, he enjoys fishing, gun sports, watching football and spending time with his family. He is a member of the Hartlepool & Billingham Angling Clubs and a former member of the Hartlepool & District Wildfowl Association.

Kelvin Hunter

Kelvin Hunter – Transport & Warehouse Manager

Kelvin joined Bridgman IBC in 1988 as a member of the production team and has worked his way through the business to become part of the management team.

His responsibilities include all customer & supplier deliveries nationwide and the logistical management of incoming and outgoing goods.

Kelvin’s passions away from the business include DIY and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
